You Can Order Food On Facebook? | Burger King Introduces Facebook Messenger Ordering

Fast food companies are delving into social media to make it even easier and faster to order fast food. Burger King now offers ordering through Facebook Messenger. We are now in the future ladies and gentlemen. We have the capability to send a company a message and they will make the food ready for us to pick up. They even allow you to pay through the app and let you know when your order will be ready.
Burger King is always working on leading innovations

However, Burger King is not the first to use technology of this type. Perhaps the most iconic is Dominos use of Twitter to enable ordering. If you tweet a pizza emoji at the company, it will allow you to order. Before we know it, drones will be flying us pizza and hamburgers through our windows. Then we won't even have to make the walk from the couch to the car, inside the restaurant, back to the car and then back onto the couch.

Now with hoverboard scooters and the ease of ordering fast food, we are one year closer to living the lives of people in Wall-E.  Share if you liked the article. Just click below :)

Getting Good Grades and Succeeding in School: The 4 Strategies That Will Set You Apart

Yesterday I was sitting in my International Business class and I had a thought. What strategies used by the students in this class set apart the succeeding from the failing. I know many students that fail one class per quarter, a terrible rate. This is most likely just a lack of studying and lack of using these methods. Here we go:

1) MAKE NOTES
I put this one in caps because it is possibly the most important. Without notes, there is no basis for good studying. Notes are the core of study strategies and information retention. Some people prefer to take notes in class on lecture and some people like to take notes during reading of the course book. I prefer to pay attention in class more and engage in conversation so that I can pick up on the more dynamic elements of the lesson and then later go through the book and create my notes.

2) Review, Review, and Review Again
Studies show that students that follow this method best retain the information in the notes and are able to recall in in better depth later on. First, review the information and create your notes as early as you can. At least 1-2 weeks before you will need to recall the info in class. Then every 2-3 days, read over the notes and try to focus on the main points. Do this until the day before your test/quiz. The day before you must analyze the notes strictly and focus on the little details. By the time this comes around you will already have an outline for the notes engraved in your head and filling in the little details will be quite simple.

This graph demonstrates the forgetting curve over a long
period of time. Imagine the result that you can achieve
from revisiting multiple times per week!

3) Communicating With the Instructor
Most students barely interact with their teacher/professors. This is a poor habit to create and won't help you out one bit. Imagine the brightest, most successful student in your class. Do they talk to the instructor, ask them questions, ect...? Most likely yes. This will be a huge benefit to your grade. When you completely understand an assignment, it can make the biggest difference in your overall work. Also, most instructors enjoy interaction with the students, talk to them and they will appreciate it. After all, your grade is in their hands.

4) Turn In Your Assignments
I know this sounds simple enough and it is pretty much a given, but a lot of student don't do this! With all the business of life and tasks to focus on, sometimes assignments and classwork gets pushed onto the back burner. You should always try to avoid this 1) because teachers take into count who turns work in and who doesn't and they view that as your interest/effort in the class. 2) because classwork will help reinforce the knowledge into your head even more for when it comes to finals time, and this can make up the majority of your grade, depending on the class.

Follow these 4 steps and you're on your way to passing all your classes with flying colors. If you have any study suggestions that work for you go ahead and share them down in the comments for everyone to see. And give this a share on social media for the friends that need a little (or a lot) of help with their study habits.

Is Kanye West Crazy or On Drugs?

In the wake of Kanyes' interview on Ellen, a daytime talk show, he rants for 8 minutes about what he wants to do to help the planet. The only problem with this is that NONE of it made sense. He talked nonsense for 8 minutes straight while Ellen sat back and endured his rant. Kanye says "I have a condition... I see sounds". Well I don't know how you came up with that Mr. West, but sounds are invisible. Every artist that's trying to sell albums would probably try to make a claim to seeing sounds. Not only this but he then compares himself to Leonardo DiCaprio, and Barak Obama. (Leonardo DiCaprio is an avid philanthropist and has his own charity organization, The Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation, and DiCaprio has made several films to educate the public about environmental issues, including 11th Hour.)

Kanye proceeds to make claims that he wants to stop bullying with his clothing. Can anyone think of a situation where this would even be possible? I mean sure if he gave out free clothes to families in poverty, then he could make a difference. But he sells his clothes on his website for hundreds of dollars. Far out of the price range for anyone that is already being bullied because of their clothes. Kanye is just a little off the deep end, if you know what I mean. There's also been stories about his drug use, so I suppose that he could have been high and not thinking straight. In some way he is a little bit crazy. Let me know what you think in the comments.

My New Blog on Anything and Everything Important and Interesting to Life Today

Hey guys. Drew Dubois here. This is my first blog post on my new blog The21stCenturyNews. Im very excited to give you insight on fashion, entertainment, tech, and business. I would consider myself knowledgeable in all of these categories. First of all, I'd like to tell you a bit about myself. I am currently a high school student enrolled in college at a local junior college. I love my classes and the challenging experience that it creates. I am currently taking a very interesting International Business class and the people that make up my class are absolutely genius. Its quite amazing. We discuss everything about domestic and must-national business. Some of my business and financial expertise comes from that, but it mostly consists of my love for everything business and striving to learn everything that I can. I also look forward to blogging about the latest fashion. I would consider myself to be fashionable and have a good eye for fashion. I also dress fashionably. However, as being a student, I can't go out and buy whatever new clothing that my heart desires. Entertainment is entertainment. Celebrities, movies, television. Something that interests most of the population. Stay up to date on it her and get a scoop of my personal opinion. I know the fact that I am only 17 may be daunting to some people that are looking to find advice here. However, I hope that you find the courage to listen to what I have to say and hopefully I can provide my young insight and teach you more than when you arrived here. Thanks for reading and stay tuned.
